(Austin TX, October 4, 2017) - Pain Specialists of America, a portfolio company of CommonView Capital, announced today the acquisition of the non-clinical assets of Pain Specialists of Austin and Central Texas Pain Centers to create leading comprehensive pain management practice in central and north Texas, and that Dr. Tim Dowd joined Pain Specialists of America as its CEO, and Mr. John Adessa, Mr. Dan Cross and Dr. Vivek Mahendru joined PSA as its COO, CFO and Chief Business Development Officer.  Andrew Barnett was also named Chairman of the Board of PSA.  For more information, see the attached article.
